các bạn giúp mình với mình đã rút tiền của thằng này vào ngày hôm qua tới hôm nay thì nhận được email này mình chẳng biết phải làm gì ?
mong các pro chỉ giáo giúp em.
pro nào giúp em rút về được xin hậu tạ 1$.

Lúc đăng kí phải update LR luôn. Rồi fund 1LR để admin xác nhận. Cũng có thể do cậu thay đổi LR đột ngột nên sẽ bị pending... :|

Bạn cứ đợi đi.Sau 2-3 ngày là sẽ nhận được tiền bình thường.Không sao hết đâu. Ai Dep vào JSS nhớ add fund LR và cập nhật trong Profile thì sẽ ko dính!

Hum qua cũng vừa tái đầu tư mua được 2 position mới, nhưng đến hum nay vẫn chưa nhận được, mặc dù số position đã tăng lên 2, nhưng chưa thấy được đặt trong tab Position cũng như chia lãi. Bình thường mua xong nó bắn email qua được vài giây là có position liền, sao hum nay lâu thế nhờ? Có gì mà mình không biết không nhỉ các bác? Có ai gặp trường hợp giống mình không?:binhsua36:

Lần đầu rút $ hoặc thay đổi acc LR (AP,STP,PM) thì nó giữ thêm hai ngày để check.
Không có gì phải lo.

Chào bạn, bạn login vào JBP, rồi vào JSS Member Area, nhấn vào Financial, kéo xuống, để ý nếu thấy lệnh rút của bạn có chữ Blocked thì an tâm là sau 48h tiền sẽ về(vì đây chỉ là quá trình thẩm tra,giúp bảo vệ tk của bạn), còn nếu xuất hiện chữ Pending thì HÃY ĐỢI ĐẤY, chắc chắn bạn đã vi phạm TOS( rửa tiền, dùng chung IP,...) và bị block tất cả các lệnh rút , khi đó bạn phải gửi ticket giải thích rõ lý do, nếu không bạn sẽ bị pending tất cả các lệnh rút tiền mãi mãi
