1. Launch a full computer scan by your antivirus program and search for viruses or alerts. If this cannot be done use another antivirus or think about complete reinstalling of your Operation System. 2. Change your WM Keeper login password phrase (Menu/Setting/Security/Change Password). Change your e-mail/mailbox password and download most recent WM Keeper version from www.wmtransfer.com
