Yes thats why I am careful. i have bought 3 in 3 deals at www.bulknetellerbtc.com and they didnt waste my time. they delivered to me on time and it was nice transaction but i am looking at a more cheaper rate thats why i want to know if anyone here is trying to sell off his bitcoins then he can give me good rates.

btc-e.com rate is high. and they delay orders a lot. also mtgox delays a lot also. localbitcoins has some scams as i noticed.
the only good and fast website and trusted i know is www.wm-center.es but their rates too high.
then www.bulknetellerbtc.com is better but now their rate not good for that i need.

aside all these now i dont know a good trusted site company that can sell low.
