Acc paypal đã Status: Verified 3 năm rùi lần đầu tiên mình gặp trường hợp này:

Ngày 26/06/2016 mình co add fun tiền để đầu tư 40$. từ tài khoản paypal ( trong đó tài khoản paypal có 1$57 và + tiền từ thẻ visa).

Giao dich thành công, nhưng tài khoản đầu tư cùa mình không có tiền, mình đã suppot admin bên đầu tư: nó trả lời mình:

dear sir your 40$ are hold for review from paypal.we are waiting for paypal response.

Sau đó no refund tiền cho mình:

A. How do I get verified?

The only way you can get verified is by linking and confirming your credit card.

To verify your PayPal account by linking and confirming your credit card, please log in to your PayPal account and click Get Verified to enter your credit card information.

B. What debit cards or credit cards can I use with PayPal?

You can use a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card to pay with PayPal. You can also use a debit card that displays the Visa or MasterCard logo.

Here's how to add a card to your account:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
3. Click My Money.
4. Click Update beside "Debit and credit cards".
5. Click Add a Card.
6. Select the card type and enter the required information.
7. Click Add Card.

5. Click Link and Confirm My Card.
6. Click Save and Continue.

We'll charge a small amount to your card. This charge and a 4-digit PayPal code will appear on your card statement within 2 to 5 business days. The code sequence appears as PayPal*1234CODE or PP*1234CODE. You will need the first 4 digits to confirm your card. Once you've successfully confirmed your card, we'll refund the charge to your credit card. This may take up to 30 days to appear on your card statement. If you can't access your online statement or this 4-digit code is unavailable online, check your next paper statement for this code. We cannot provide you with the 4-digit confirmation code by any other method.

Here's how to enter the 4-digit PayPal code to confirm your card:

cái Status: Denied này là của giao dịch fund tiền từ thẻ visa vào paypal thì phải.

Còn đợi paypal refund vào thẻ visa thì cứ đợi 1 thời gian đi, chắc vài ngày chưa được đâu
