Tài khoản của mình bị limit 180 ngày, sau 180 ngày mình with về bank từ ngày 20/6/2013 nhưng đến hôm nay vẫn chưa thấy tiền về.
Ai giúp mình với, mình sẽ hậu tạ 100$.
Mình đã mail cho paypal hỏi về số tiền thì nó trả lời thế này:
