We are aware that you may have received a partial payment to your STP account, and not the entire amount that was requested. At this time we are working on the STP delayed payouts. In order to release payouts we have to release them in partial increments until they have been paid out entirely. Bare in mind the fact that this is only until this has been caught up, and we hope to be caught up again as quickly as possible. This is unfortunately the only solution at this time. We are aware of the delays and frustrations this has caused and are working to provide more consistent payouts in the future. Please also be aware that the partial payout may have a different transaction ID # then the one that is listed in your withdrawal logs, please do not be alarmed as this is not your full tranaction and thus will display a new transaction ID#.

"I did promise last week that we were going to start doing partial payouts. The unfortunate part is that we have not received the bank wires yet. We are moving money from country to country so that we can do the STP payout. One reason for the delay was the Easter weekend and banks closed. The money has left the source bank and should be to us any time. As soon as this wire arrives, then we will do payout over the weekend. I really appreciate the patience.
