Lời tư vấn tốt nhất với cậu bây giờ là submit ticket để xin refund vì BB hiện giờ cực kỳ bất lời cho mem Việt. Còn cậu cắm đầu chơi thì sẽ rất đau tim thôi. Banners Broker International (referred to as Banners Broker hereafter) offers a thirty-day money back guarantee on our Ad-Pub Combo packages ONLY. Upon cancellation of your initial package, you will be entitled to a refund provided the cancellation occurs within thirty days of activating your initial package. There will be no exceptions for refund under any other circumstance. Any sales after thirty days of activating your package are final.
To receive a refund, the following procedure MUST be followed out:

• A written request must be mailed to Banners Broker with a postmark that is no later than thirty days of the purchase.
• Government Photo I.D. must accompany the written request for a refund.
• Banners Broker will send you written confirmation of your request via email within two business days of receiving your written request.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 business days of receipt of written request.
• Payments that were made using credit cards will be refunded to the original credit card used.
• Payments made by any other method will be refunded by check.
• The 5% processing fee is non-refundable.
• Ad campaigns currently in process will be terminated once request has been received.
• Refunds on ad impressions that are being used in active campaigns will be issued if less than 30% of total ad impression has been used.
• Refunds are available for initial ad impressions or Ad-Pub Combo Packages. Refunds DO NOT apply to additional panels, traffic boosters, traffic packs, or any additional features.

In the case of a cancellation request, the following steps MUST apply:

• You may request cancellation of your account at any time.
• If you fall within the refund period, you may apply for a refund by following the above listed steps.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, and mailed to Banners Broker Canada's head office address as listed above.
• Canceling an account may take up to 10 business days from the time the request has been received.
• By canceling your account with Banners Broker, you are forfeiting all products in your account, including but not limited to: ad impressions, ad inventory, future revenue that may be earned as a Publisher, and access to the Banners Broker International Dashboard.

By requesting a refund or cancellation, you are asking for your account (whether free, Advertiser, Publisher, or Ad-Pub Combo) to be closed. This means you will have no access to any of the back office (dashboard) features or tools.
You understand that any ad campaigns currently in progress will be terminated immediately. Any traffic packs, traffic boosters or panels that were purchased will be voided along with all access to the back office tools, reports, and commission earnings.
Any liquidation requests that have been initiated will be cancelled and not paid out. Any member that requests a refund or cancellation cannot make a purchase or become a member for a minimum of six months.
Please be sure of your refund or cancellation before initiating the process, as once the process has been started, it cannot be cancelled.
Banners Broker International has contracted with Stellar Point, Inc. to handle all refund and cancellation requests for the company. Therefore, all requests must be sent to the following address:

Lúc đầu nó cho acc Bb VN âm tiền rầu sau đó resversed , chắc acc nào còn tiền trong tk sẽ ko bị resver

Cái này thì đúng những gì mà trong webminar mấy tuần trước có nói rồi, acc âm tiền thì không được pay và sẽ bị reversed để hết âm tiền, acc nào không bị âm tiền thì sẽ giữ lệnh để thanh toán.
