Acc Paypal còn cứu được không?

Các bro có em hỏi có cách nào gửi cái này không ạ? Tiền em về từ PTC, tài khoản dùng lại info từ thằng acc cũ đã bị mất (em lại mang họ độc HUN). Có thể call lên paypal nói là acc cũ bị hack hay cách nào để cấp cứu em nó không ạ? (acc em định ngày 15 ra hủy thẻ cũ và làm thẻ mới để veri).
