Since the last few days, the admin of this program has changed the rules to 50% income in daily must re-purchase ad-pack to reinvest. This change is not in Terms of Service of Cheklisting. And the capped daily has changed from 4% per day decrease to 1% per day. Since My Account has stopped receiving profit per day, I has realized that it is a deception, because the admin had used my money to invest in other projects. I would be very thankful that you will take necessary actions.

Mình là newbie, lại ko có đt với Chek nên thực sự chẳng rõ tình hình. Chỉ có ý kiến nhỏ với cái form của bác là mình cảm thấy dùng chữ "invested" nó ko được ổn lắm. Lý do là mình sợ bị PP nó liệt vô dạng " business" thì nó sẽ ko protect cho.
Do là mình đọc terms của PP, nó liệt kê mấy thứ ineligible thì có bao gồm: "businesses (including, without limitation, any items or services forming part of a business or corporate acquisition)"
Theo ý kiến cá nhân của mình, nếu kể lể invest rồi mua shares của nó thì sẽ khớp với định nghĩa trên của PP về business.
Tốt nhất thay đổi câu chữ đi, theo mình nên chuyển sang tôi trả tiền để mua service của nó, rồi nó thay đổi term, ko chịu trả tiền hoặc chậm trả ko như terms... Như vậy mình có thể xếp vô loại “Not Received” (“NR”) ( nếu request mà nó ko trả) hoặc “Significantly Not as Described” (“SNAD”) (do nó thay đổi luật )

Update:

Regardless what we do at the moment dispute from PayPal is continuing to stream in, we are providing PayPal with all the necessary information they are requesting, once the information is provided the decision is up to PayPal, we have no control after that point or on the time frame it takes them to make a final decision.

MEMBER/COMMUNITY withdraw request have exhausted all funds from stp and payza, everyone NEEDS to understand that PayPal was 90% of purchase funds, in order for us to process withdraws with the other 2 there needs to be funds in those account, and as said they are exhausted, funds from PayPal needs to be added, that is just how it works, again it's a Revshare.

Again, I will state this fact, we have not taken your money, profits from ad pack purchase where shared out to members in the community, take a step back and re evaluate who took who's money, we provided a platform coast with maintaining and updates were minimal, we allowed everyone to do as they pleased with their funds.

And I will say this again, those that no longer wish to take part or care in what we are doing PLEASE excuse yourself from the group, continuing forward we will remove all comments and individuals that do not align with our goals and have other agenda, old saying goes if you have nothing good to say don't say anything at all,
