Đối với anh em đã rút 1 phần nên mở dis theo kiểu not as described chứ đừng dis non - receipt sẽ lâu hơn. Non receipt Alex đến ngày 9 nó đưa tracking, PP lại yêu cầu mình action rồi mới reviewed, dis kiểu not as described sau 10 ngày Alex nhảy vào reply thì PP sẽ reviewed luôn

Cám ơn bạn , mình xin mạng phép được share cái form dispute cùi bắp của chính mình cho mọi người nhất là những bạn đang còn phân vân ( có lẽ do mình may mắn ) . Lưu ý là các bạn chỉ dispute số tiền bằng số tiền dep tổng công trừ đi số tiền đã rút từ Chek thì khả năng thành công và không bị dispute ngược sẽ cao hơn .

"Dear PayPal's support,I have Purchased 28 Advertise Packs in Cheklisting.com (Cheklisting.com is a Advertisement Company and They also provide Revenue sharing program on every Adpacks they sell) since Sep 24th 2015 with a total of $144.5 with promotion about non re-purchase rules. Here is the detail of an Adpack : + 120% Return of Money i used it to buy an adpack . For Example : an adpack cost me $5 it will return to me $6 after about 30 days with about 4% of $5 per day until it reach 120% of $5 is $6 .+ No re-purchased rule - This mean if i got $6 from Return of Money that $6 will belong to me and i am able to withral it . But they violate their own T.O.S ( Terms of Sevice of Cheklisting ) , they have added 50% re-purchased rule and this mean 50% of $6 will not able to withraw and i have to use it to repurchase another adpacks .+ 50 visitor to my link - websiteSince the last few days when they violate their own T.o.S , the admin of this site ( Name Alex Cenphong as i know ) has changed include the capped daily has changed from 4% per day decrease to lower than 1% per day he also delete all post in his group in Facebook and personal page . Now I DO NOT want to use this lying service and want to charge-back my money i've used to purchased adpacks with total of $144.5 ( i am only cashout complete $20 ) I believe that i have fully right to cashout 120% of $144.5 but i want to charge-back only $124.5 .I can tell you everything i said from the begining this dispute form is 100% the truth and i have proofs .I believe that all accounts who dare to open the dispute to again Cheklisting.com will got banned from Cheklisting.com with following the reason : "Account is unactive" . Vào Help/Message Center viết tâm thư thổ lộ và nhờ họ chuyển đến case id đang dispute.

Từ lúc Paypal họ bán lại cho eBay thì những "ca" ở châu Á họ xử lý bằng giờ Singapore bạn à, nhân viên support cũng toàn người châu Á(nhưng(dĩ nhiên) họ thông thạo tiếng Anh như người Mỹ)..
