[FONT=Tahoma, sans-serif]We explained why we have the limits but obviously some members refuse to read anything and start telling stories what they think is going on so the popup will be here again the next few days (it's a shame some people expect the sky without even doing the little bit of reading and understanding what we're doing here)[/FONT].
I will paste it here again (a little bit changed because the monthly income system is running now of course):
"PAYMENT PROCESSOR LIMITS
To speed up processing of withdrawals we have decided to set limits to withdrawals per user and per payment processor (that means total withdrawals of all users per payment processor).
We may change these limits from time to time. Like at the moment we have more in Payza and STP so the limit on Payza and STP withdrawals is higher than the limit on LR withdrawals. At the withdraw page you can see exactly what the limits are. You also get a popup if you try to withdraw above the limit. This is also necessary for the new monthly income system as many members will earn a lot with that so we need to set limits to make sure everyone can get their withdrawals daily. Hope this makes sense to you."
These limits will be changed at some point. We did this to be able to have more control. At the moment we have a real big backlog in support tickets so we need to focus on that. It's not possible to do that when we have to spend hours and hours processing withdrawals. So for now the limits have to stay like this. We will raise the limits on total withdraw amount per processor slowly. At the moment we have raised STP total limit.
Payza will follow maybe next week and LR will be raised when we find a good source to exchange because at the moment exchangers ask about 10% to exchange to LR so that's way too much. If you have LR funds try to pay as much as possible with LR. We add funds from our trading accounts on a regular basis but many members withdraw to LR as it seems so we either need more funds there or only allow members that have paid with LR to withdraw to LR but we know Payza and STP make it real hard for people in some countries to withdraw their money so we try to help members by allowing to withdraw earnings (don't try to fund your account and then withdraw right away to another payment processor because we will suspend your account if you try that!) to another payment processor than they paid with. We'll try to keep that available for LR withdrawals too but members who paid mostly with LR will get priority!
Just bare with us. The new support ticket system is almost ready so we will be able to work faster so that means we have more time to process withdrawals again.

[FONT=Tahoma, sans-serif]As you may have noticed there's quite a backlog in support tickets because we're cleaning up multiple accounts some members have (as we announced earlier). It's much more work than we expected but it has to be done to be ready for the monthly income system because the numbers have to be as accurate as possible. Please be patient. We're already working on a solution. We're going to implement a new support ticket system that allows topics so we can see what's important. With the new support ticket system we'll also be able to add more co-admins so we can work faster. It will take some time to implement this system because we have to set up a new admin area for co-admins. We'll try to answer all support tickets as fast as we can so please be patient.

At the moment our programmer is working very hard to have the monthly income system ready for testing. It's looking real good (if you ask me). All leaders who read this, inform and educate your downline. As a sponsor it's your duty to help your referrals understand how the program works. If you don't do anything to help us reduce the emails we get, the withdrawals will take longer and longer to process. This will put off members so that means you will earn less commissions so please communicate with your downline. All email addresses of your downline can be found in your back office.
