My name is Grace and I will be your account manager on the publishing side moving forward with Fyber. I wanted to reach out today as we have been updating our contracts with publishers including setting new terms for our community of Loyalty apps. We have reviewed and updated our monetization terms based on current market conditions to ensure the highest quality in the mobile advertising environment. Most notably would be the change to Net 60 payment terms and the rev-share to 50-50.
I will send the publisher agreement reflecting these changes in a separate DocuSign for your signature. Please let me know if you have any questions or issues with any of the terms.
Please note: On October 15, 2015, we will be moving to disable all partners who have not signed the new agreement. Also, I want to express my strong interest to start getting to know your apps a bit more as well as increasing revenue together.
