2 ngày qua Buxsecure - TviPTC và Infinitybux đưa Việt Nam mình vào BackList.Điều đáng nói 3 site trên rất nhiều thành viên Việt Nam xem là Legit site và đầu từ khá nhiều vào để mong kiếm tiền.Bản chất của PTC bạn biết rồi.Nào là nâng cấp rồi thuê refs... mới có thể mong kiếm nhiều hơn 1 chút.Đên với PTC có nhiều bạn cho đó là nơi giao lưu - song không có ít bạn chỉ cần kiếm 5 hay 10$ từ PTC là một niềm vui - không ít bạn cho nó là 1 trong những nguồn thu nhập.Họ là chủ site thì họ muốn làm gì thì làm.Tuy nhiên không có lửa thì sẽ không có khói các bạn ạ ! Điều đáng nói không chỉ dừng lại tại đó.Các bạn hãy đọc những Comment của Admin và Mod của Site nói về thành viên Việt Nam

Trước đây đã có Neobux,20dollars2surf....cấm đăng ký mới từ Việt Nam Sẽ tạo ra 1 tiền lệ xấu và dần dần các trang sẽ Ban IP từ Việt Nam.Hoặc việc Block Account - Ban IP với 1 site đang làm chỉ là vấn đề thời gian trong tương lai ngắn mà thôi.Dưới đây là toàn bộ thông báo Admin về Blacklist.Sự ích kỷ của các cá nhân có thể ảnh hưởng rất lớn tới tất cả thành viên của 1 nước ở cả hiện tại và tương lai.Ta nói nhiều về hành động của Trung Quốc - ta nói nhiều về lòng tự hào dân tộc...Và đến lúc ta nhìn nhận 1 cách nghiêm túc người nước ngoài nói gì về PTC Việt Nam - trong đó có ta.too many hackers, scammers, cheaters.. etc from that country....

After a review we have determined that Vietnam presented a security risk to our sites. We learned that PayPal limited our account mainly due to Vietnam members using other people's PayPal accounts and credit cards without permission.
We also discovered several hundred of members from Vietnam using fake accounts and ad clickers to cheat our system. With such widespread cheating and hacking from a single country, it would be too difficult to simply remove accounts individually. The individuals involved would just find a way to open new accounts, so the best way to resolve the issue is just to block the whole country.
This is too bad we've had to make this move, especially since we do have honest Vietnam members.
My conversation with the admin,
Admin: I was doing an audit of buxsecure.. and found simply hundreds upon hundreds- probably thousands of fake clicking accounts registered under Vietnam
Admin: PayPal disputes were primarily opened by Vietnam members
Admin: Chargebacks originated from Vietnam member accounts, using PayPal user's accounts from different countries (primarily from the usa)
Admin: too many hackers, scammers, cheaters.. etc from that country.
Admin: It would have been too difficult to remove just one at a time
Admin: it was too wide spread.
Admin: and if we did remove just one at a time, they would have been able to create new accounts faster than removal.
Admin: it was a hard decision to block the whole country.... but the number of honest members from that country are few... unfortunately.
As you can see banning with members is a very tough decision for the admin. But for the sustainable and continuance of the site, admin had to do this or else scammers would just not stop till they shoutdown the site.
