The career plan is now online and you can access it from your member area or even without being logged in.
To request your reward, send a support ticket/message with "CAREER PLAN REWARD" as subject line. The reward will be transferred to your IMAP account within 48 hours.
About the “clicks”:
We are still working on improving this feature in order for you not to wait 24h before doing it. We want you to be able to do it anytime and once a day.
DON’T WORRY AS LONG AS THE SURFING ADS FUNCTIONNALITY IS NOT FINISHED, YOU WILL BE COMPENSATED ANYWAY, EVEN IF YOU DON’T CLICK.
However, if the system doesn’t allow us to install this feature, you will have to remain with the current click system.
Regarding withdrawals that were cancelled:
If your withdrawal has been cancelled, ask yourself theses 4 questions:
1. Did I use the processor which has the most funds to do my withdrawal request?
2. Did I enter the right processor ID on my profile?
3. Did I add at least 10$ via the “add funds” feature?
4. Did I create several accounts with the same IP address?
If the answer to one of these question is YES, your withdrawals will be cancelled and it is your responsibility to fix the issue, support ticket about withdrawal cancellation are not our priority.
If you happen to be suspected of fraud, we will have to investigate your account and this process should take several days. If the fraud is proved to be confirmed, your account will be deleted.
Fraudsters waste a lot of our time and are considered a virus to our system, therefore, we will show no mercy upon them.
The future of IMAP is up to you.
