Mình có Reg 1 tài khoản Paypal và cũng đã limit. Nhưng sau 4 ngày thì mình ghỡ được Và restore lại account.
Sau khi Limit mình có cài Lại windows mà download từ site của thằng China. Thì khi login Paypal bị dính mid là do xài windows lậu có cái gì đó khả năng là virus. Thì mình có bằng chứng Paypal nó gửi về đây.
