Không verify được paypal bằng thẻ smarcard VPbank

Tình hình là mình dùng thẻ smarcard VPbank để veri tk paypal, nhưng pp nó báo ntn

Mặc dù pp nó đã trừ 2 lần mỗi lần 1$ trong thẻ Smarcard VPbank của mình, mình nạp vào 60k giờ còn có 13k thôi, các bác có kinh nghiệm giúp đỡ mình với, thanks very much!

tình trạng giống thớt,mà thẻ em chưa định danh,paypal không withdraw về bank được,mình phải lập tài khoản ngân hàng VP Bank sao.

có hình cái thẻ đó bạn. nạp tiền vào 1 lần mới thấy nhé. 3 số là security code. mà nạp vào nhớ dùng card ĐT 100k hay coupon 100k. mình nap được có 1 lần thôi. lấy 4 digit code PayPal gửi về thì vào sao kê tài khoản
