Ca này khó vì Risk rất cao, đơn giản là vì ko phải chỉ một giao dịch này bạn yêu cầu ghi note là ................. VNĐ, mà nhiều giao dịch khác đều ghi thế. Theo cách hiểu phù hợp policy mà Paypal cung cấp.

Thường thì lời nhắc nhở này sẽ đc gửi cho PP new để nhắc những TH toàn nhận thanh toán cá nhân số tiền lớn, còn TH của bạn, note nhận tiền nào cũng ghi một nội dung là ..... VNĐ. Sẽ rất khó để trả lời hay là fake, giả sử chỉ một giao dịch này thì rất dễ, nhưng Paypal nó từ 1 case này xem các transaction còn lại vì note toàn giống nhau theo kiểu " tôi ko bao giờ mở tranh chấp tôi đã chuyển ..... VNĐ cho ....... ". Kèo này kiểu gì cũng có hậu quả
Thật ra Paypal chọn giao dịch này để điều tra là muốn hiểu rõ mô hình kiếm tiền từ Paypal của bạn, lấy ví dụ là giao dịch đó, chứ ko phải chỉ nhìn vào cái case đó
