Thank you for choosing Payza as your secure payment processor. I am contacting you on behalf of Payza's Fraud Prevention department.
After a careful review of your account, it has been established that Payza’s Terms and Conditions have been violated. Due to your failure to comply with our policy and the high risk associated with your transactions, Payza has made the decision to sever its business relationship with you and terminate your account.
As per section 7.3 “Monetary Penalties” of our User Agreement, "If you are found in violation of this User Agreement and all terms herein, we reserve the right to fine you a penalty of $500 and upwards, depending on damages and the severity of the violation and the liability you cause to Payza and/or our professional partners."
We further reserve the right to penalize any and all fraudulent or negligent Sellers for using Payza as Customer Support for their business, for excessive refunds, transaction disputes, chargebacks, complaints, excessive burden, creating liability and damaging our credibility among our members and professional partners. The fine for the aforementioned will be a minimum of $25 per incident.
As a result, your Payza account has been fined in the amount of $1,160.50 USD, which is equal to the total amount of funds which was remaining in your account balance.
