https://btc-e.com/ You should follow the rate here. The BTC's rate has changed every single second. It's not 600 or 620 as you think, Now It's nearly 900 USD/ BTC. You should use PM, E-btc code, EGOPAY, ... to deposit to https://btc-e.com/ and buy BTC there.
