Paypal nó gửi mail kiểu này thì có PAY tiếp được không ạ?

Chào mọi người. Mình vừa nhận được một email từ Paypal do mấy hôm nay mình thực hiện thanh toán hơi nhiều nên nó bắt verify. Sau khi gửi hết các file thì nó phát hiện thấy tên mình gửi không trùng với tên trong tài khoản. Nó gửi thêm một mail với tiêu đề và nội dung:
- Tiêu đề: Request for additional information PP....
- Nội dung:

Dear Dung Le,

Thank you for submitting the requested documentation. We have reviewed the information you provided and unfortunately at this time we are unable to lift the limitation until all requirements have been met. We would appreciate your help with completing the steps below, so that we can review your account further.

Please copy and paste the following link (https://www.paypal.com/policy/hub/cip) to your browser and log in to your PayPal account to submit your documents.

Vậy giờ mình nên làm gì? và có nên dùng tài khoản paypal này để thanh toán tiếp trong khi chờ đợi nó verify không vậy? Cám ơn mọi người nhiều!

Thank bạn. Mình gửi ảnh CMT + Bằng lái xe cho nó xác minh lại tên cho mình rồi. Không biết bao lâu nữa thì nó mới xử lý giúp mình bạn nhỉ?
