I have reversed your withdrawal and the money has been refunded back to your PayPal account.
As a temporary workaround, you can upgrade to a Premier account. However, to do so, you will need to upgrade first to a Business account.
Once you've upgraded, reply to this email and we'll help downgrade you back to a Premier account.
After that has been done, you can attempt the withdrawal again.
