Hello,
So recently I've been trying to snoop around this site.. The whole website seemed weird to me since it only contained a few bits of information here and there.
Anyhow, I've spent about 20/30 minutes looking to see if I could find anything about Trickathome.com
Turns out there is some information.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The details found above I have found using a who.is search on the domain name. There are two data entries for this domain. One (which is above) and another which is hidden.
Now there is a high chance that both of them are the same, the reason for this is that this domain is not a domain that is rare and therefore most likely won't switch hands often.
This is the data.
Some more information that led me to believe that the user above is some simple google searches of
his details.
Those details repeatedly come up over and over for
registered domains. The fact about all these registered domains is that they all use
OptimalHosting.com
The current website "Trickathome.com" uses cloudflare to hide it's IP address
However, cloudflare can be resolved to find the end destination.
I've used multiple resolvers found online and they all point to this IP address (198.23.241.162)
Resolving the above IP using
who.is leads me to these 2 sites.
ColoCrossing (Data Center)
Ethernet Servers (Hosting)
Here is where I personally got a bit confused. However, my theory is that the OptimalHosting probably has a dataserver from Colocrossing.
The fact that these 2 dates are very similar and have the same end point lead me to believe that the person I named above is the culprit behind this site.
Furthermore, I got his username by searching for his email which he posted on an
XDA thread here.
Now the good thing is, the person who is hiding behind this domain name uses
http://privacyprotect.org/
And since we know that most likely this domain was used in illegal activities (I,E To steal your private codes and hack your stellar accounts)
We can report him/her here.
http://privacyprotec...g/#report_abuse
I think if we all report an abuse message and I think if someone from the Stellar Foundation Group also reports this domain. We can unmask who is behind this domain.
However, my *** is on the person that I put at the top.
