cậu tính lãi 1.57 có vẻ như cao hơn thực tế 1 chút, lấy 1.45-1.5 chắc ok

Mình đã tính trung bình rồi nên mới đưa ra con số lẻ như vậy. Mà thực tế thì APR cũng cao hơn Z**k ngày trước 1 chút mà!
