Hey again, firstly id like to say sorry as it seems my email this morning was sent out many times by the system. I did not even know it had sent as i got an error message so just left it. Must have been the server issues that caused that. The mail is sent from the internal mailer inside UXP.
I hope it does not happen again with this one but this is important as some may not have got this..

Here we go again.
Yesterday and again this morning we were hit with two further large scale DDOS attacks. Both of these were severe enough to prevent normal access to the UXP website for a number of hours.
The extreme stress this put on our database servers was also enough to prevent the successful completion of the daily dividend run.
We contracted today with Staminus.Net to provide DDOS mitigation for the UXP site and since this has come online we have enjoyed normal service which is in stark contrast to the provider we were trialling earlier in the week. So for the forseeable future we will continue with them.
We also need to put in place some additional server resources and this will necessitate a shutdown of the website tomorrow for 1 to 2 hours. This will be the first notified shutdown we have had in nearly two years and should be the last as we will complete our fully load-balanced and redundant high-availability platform which we have been building.
In addition to the DDOS issues we have also been experiencing intermittent problems with SolidTrustPay payments. This appears to be restricted solely to STP as we havent had any issues processing AlertPay, Liberty Reserve or Perfect Money payments. We are working through this and all missing payments should be attributed by Monday.
So, as a result we have also suspended todays (Saturdays) dividend run and we will be holding back on tomorrows (Sundays) run as well to complete the necessary upgrades and additions to our network to ensure its continuous uptime in future.
There will be no response to support requests during this time. This will allow us to catch up on the backlog of work which has built up during these last few days.
Support, Daily dividends and cashout payments will resume on Monday 27th Feb.
Please note, the persons providing support through Skype and Online Conferencing are not employed by UltraXProject, or are paid or are in any way compensated for their services. They have graciously stepped up for these roles of their own accord, so if you have any issues with the recent delays, DO NOT TAKE IT OUT ON THEM!
