Last week Humanatic experienced a hiccup that affected quite a few accounts and resulted in a variety of rumors. One of the rumors was a rather large one about an IP ban.
Please understand that we do not ban accounts from Humanatic based on IP addresses. The hiccup last week was a technical issue within our system that temporarily affected a number of accounts that have since been reinstated and are now in good standing.
It is important to remember that removal of an account from our system will only happen if a reviewer requests for the account to be closed or if the reviewer is found to be cheating.
We do our best to catch and remove people who are not following the rules, but it's helpful when other reviewers assist in that effort. We'll continue to pay rewards to people who assist us in identifying and removing these bad elements, so please let us know if you are aware of someone who is trying to cheat the system.
