Sau 11 ngày kể từ ngày bị Dispute, giờ tiền đã về lại pp mình.

Hôm cậu bị scam, cũng có 1 bạn bị scam pp như cậu nhưng tiền về hôm qua rồi Nho à

Không cần làm gì nhiều. Dispute của PP vốn là cái để trao đổi giữa 2 bên, bạn chỉ cần vào trả lời trong disputes của bạn kia là bạn đã hoàn thành giao dịch (có note rõ ràng khi chuyển tiền PP mà). Vậy thôi, nếu 2 bên không giải quyết được với nhau thì disputes sẽ tự đóng sau 20 hay 30 ngày từ ngày mở disputes, nếu bạn kia lại tạo tranh chấp leo thang để PP can thiệp tiếp thì bạn đưa proof cho PP về giao dịch VCB của bạn và log giữa 2 bên là được. Các khoản tranh chấp thanh toán này PP không can thiệp sâu được đâu, bạn không lo mất tiền, PP chỉ tạm giữ đến khi disputes close thôi. Chỉ là khi dính mấy cái dispute này bạn rất dễ bị PP để ý có thể dẫn đến tk bị limit nếu có quá nhiều tranh chấp xảy ra. Nên lần sau bạn nên yêu cầu người giao dịch với bạn cung cấp trước tk PP hoặc tk ngân hàng (nếu gửi bằng ngân hàng) và yêu cầu họ điền tk đó vào note thanh toán, ví dụ: thanh toán dịch vụ a cho email xyz hoặc nếu bạn có tạo mã giao dịch thì bảo người thanh toán điền vào note mã giao dịch. Khi bạn hoàn tất giao dịch tức là gửi tiền cho họ qua PP hay ngân hàng thì cũng phải điền tk họ dùng để thanh toán hoặc mã giao dịch vào. Vậy thì họ có muốn tranh chấp leo thang cũng không được.

Khả năng cao là nó call lên pp, chém gió cần gấp tiền làm việc gì đó nên nó đc pp xử lý nhanh ^^

@hungln0309: trường hợp này 100% cậu thua case rồi chứ ở đó mà kháng, mất tiền không đòi lại được đâu.

Cậu mà thắng case giữ lại được tiền tất nhiên PP sẽ nói khác đi

Thằng chuyển tiền cho bác nó mở REVERSE CHARGEBACK phía nhà băng phát thành thẻ tín dụng trong PP

Bác không cung cấp thông tin giao dịch với thằng đó trong thời gian cho phép (mà thực ra bác có cung cấp hay không thì cũng thua à, nhưng thông tin bác cung cấp để PayPal lưu giữ thôi, sau này có gì điều tra thêm)

Nhưng tại sao e-mail đầu tiên nó cho mình 7 ngày để xử lý sau đó nó làm phát refund lại cho bên mua ngay

Cái này thực sự ra không phải Dispute (tranh chấp) hay Claim (để PP quyết định xử lý)

Bạn mua hoặc nhận tiền bẩn của ai đó

Trường hợp này thực ra thằng mua nó không dùng PP mở tranh chấp, mà nó liên hệ thẳng nhà băng để nhà băng đảo ngược giao dịch của cái thẻ tín dụng của nó trong PayPal.

Những việc như thế này đối với PP là nghiêm trọng. PP sẽ liên hệ với bạn để hỏi, ví dụ như bạn chuyển hàng cho ai ở địa chỉ nào, mục đích là PP cung cấp cái thông tin này cho nhà băng.

Đôi khi PP thấy việc hỏi bạn thông tin này không hữu ích (bạn bán hàng hóa điện tử hoặc dịch vụ) là PP nó trả lại tiền liền.

Có 3 cách trả tiền từ 1 account Paypal này sang account Paypal khác:
- Dùng balance trong PP (chỉ đòi lại tiền qua Dispute / Claim trong PP)
- Dùng thẻ tín dụng trong PP (đòi tiền bằng 2 cách: 1. mở Dispute trong PP hoặc 2. mở Reverse / Chargeback với thẻ tín dụng của nhà băng
- Dùng nhà băng fund tiền (vẫn có thể đảo ngược tiền về nhà băng bằng cách yêu cầu nhà băng)

Thằng kia chả có chứng cứ j, chỉ nói suôn thôi. Cậu guildgold9 vào làm phát pp close cái dispute lại, sau đó hình như pp có call mình, mà mình k bắt máy vì đang ăn cơm k biết, tìm trên google thì thấy nói là số của pp. Tới sáng ngày thứ 11 thì có mail hoàn lại tiền.
