Cũng đừng chủ quan . PP không đùa được. Mình cũng xài acc 3 đến 4 năm rồi. Chưa limited lần nào toàn nhận tiền và with. Nhưng cũng không chủ quan mùa bão tố này được @@

Gửi mail cho nó, nó kêu ko thể khiếu nại được )
Account đã dùng 3 năm, lần đầu bị limited thế này )
Kinh nghiệm:
+ Ko mua-bán paypal.
+ Cần thêm hoặc muốn rút ra thì rút từ visa hoặc withdraw về bank.
+ Chỉ nhận khi có thanh toán thực tế và tiền đảm bảo nguồn sạch.
Mình dùng 3 năm thấy ko có vấn đề gì, nên giờ chủ quan... chủ quan cái là ăn mít luôn =;
