For those who don't know, I am Samantha the admin of UFX.
In the past two days we have experienced a series of unfortunate events.
The first one being the maintenance of PerfectMoney, which was scheduled to finish in just three hours, but then they extended for several hours and finally after 24 hours PM was online again.
How does it affect us ?
As you know we are dealing in forex market and we need to collect the funds on a daily basis and then load (buy) funds again in order to pay our members. We couldn't sell/buy funds and we lost a working day which represents a big amount of money for us.
After PM came back online , we ran into another issue with our dedicated server and the site was loading super slow at first and then after a period of that, the site went offline for a while.
To top things up, yesterday I was having internet issues. I told some members on Facebook about this and I was having a hard time to even reply PM's on Facebook.
I processed payments, but because of the unstable internet and site issues, many were paid two, three and even 4 times.
We have had to clear this and recover the funds where possible and we asked for help from SolidTrustPay, who rapidly responded and they have been helping us retrieve funds. But unfortunately not everyone had kept their balances, even though they would have know they were over paid.
We hope we can recover the funds from those members doing a further audit of accounts and penalising those accouts STP were unable to help us with. STP have been great and worked for hours helping us retrieve.
For now, until we are back on track, we will be paying only 1 pending withdrawal per member and all other requests will be cancelled, please we kindly ask everyone to be supportive and reinvest enabling us to regain the day lost due to PM downtime.
