We want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone for your continued support and patronage with our products. We are happy with some significant changes and improvements to our program, the most important being the Support Tickets that are caught up and are being answered within the same day.

We are working around the clock to resolve the issue and put a plan in place to make sure going forward we never have these issues again. Rajiv Dixit, C.E.O. of Stellar Point Inc., recently came back from India where he is working to finalize a global payout solution for India and the region.

We are happy to announce that in a few weeks this option will be live for India and will resolve all payout issues that are taking place in our biggest customer market. In addition to this, we are happy to say that EVERYONE who made a request by December 5th, 2012 using STP was paid by Christmas. Likewise, everyone who made a request to the BB card by December 20th, 2012 was paid by then as well.

Although this was a great achievement, and many of you responded positively, some of us forget quickly how BBI has been paying 1000’s of our satisfied customers every week without issues, and choose to focus on the ones who didn’t get paid. BBI has paid out over $4 million through Solid Trust Pay and over $7 million to the BB Card, and even though that is a tremendous accomplishment, we sincerely understand your frustrations and are continually working to maintain prompt payouts for every one of you.

Cái này cần làm rõ chứ không mọi người lại hiểu lầm. BB trả lời ticket này là từ tháng 2/2012 khi click vào chứ năng rút tiền thì nếu nó có cổng thanh toán nào thì được rút qua cổng thanh toán đó. Và việc mở lại các cổng khác là chưa xác định là có hay không.

Như vậy, việc này là bình thường vì VN nằm trong danh sách phát hành thẻ nên nó chỉ cho rút qua thẻ, và việc thanh toán vẫn đều đặn. Với các lệnh đã rút bằng STP và PZ vẫn được BB thanh toán, chỉ là chưa biết khi nào sẽ thanh toán thôi. Đối với các acc mà chưa có thẻ thì đừng dại gì reverse lệnh rút, cứ để đó sẽ được thanh toán.

Vẫn có trường hợp paid mà ko có tiền à??? của mình có support 1 acc nhưng 2 acc còn lại ko cần support vẫn về cùng thời gian với acc kia. 2 ngày rồi tiền vẫn yên thân trong STP

Bạn phải nói xem lúc order bị vấn đề j thì mới biết dc chứ
