We want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone for your continued support and patronage with our products. We are happy with some significant changes and improvements to our program, the most important being the Support Tickets that are caught up and are being answered within the same day.
This began on Monday, and our goal is to ensure tickets are answered the same day going forward. In addition, on February 19th, 2013 we are happy to announce our new Executive Service. We have staff trained who are excited to begin working on the V.I.P. Phone Support Line, and chose our seasoned support workers from many of whom you are already familiar with.
We know our primary issue remains with payouts being done on time. We are working around the clock to resolve the issue and put a plan in place to make sure going forward we never have these issues again. Rajiv Dixit, C.E.O. of Stellar Point Inc., recently came back from India where he is working to finalize a global payout solution for India and the region.
We are happy to announce that in a few weeks this option will be live for India and will resolve all payout issues that are taking place in our biggest customer market. In addition to this, we are happy to say that EVERYONE who made a request by December 5th, 2012 using STP was paid by Christmas. Likewise, everyone who made a request to the BB card by December 20th, 2012 was paid by then as well.
Although this was a great achievement, and many of you responded positively, some of us forget quickly how BBI has been paying 1000’s of our satisfied customers every week without issues, and choose to focus on the ones who didn’t get paid. BBI has paid out over $4 million through Solid Trust Pay and over $7 million to the BB Card, and even though that is a tremendous accomplishment, we sincerely understand your frustrations and are continually working to maintain prompt payouts for every one of you.
We here at Banners Broker International, located in the Isle of Mann, are continuously working to find more efficient, stable payment solutions. There are few companies that have been as fortunate as us, and who require the Global Payment Solution that we do. We are continuously working on the new brokers and Global Partners to offer new and innovative products and solutions.
Our Choice Network, which is a partnership between two brokers, has now grown to over 60 websites and is well on its way to becoming a major contender in their respective industries. Banners Broker International is excited about the launch of Version 2.9, the new options and services, and will unveil these features in the United Kingdom at our BB Tour.
Again, we are working to clean-up the back payout issues, and will not stop until it is fully resolved. We strive to form healthy global relationships with our business partners, and with that in mind, we ask that you refrain from any negativity on various blogs and forums while we resolve technical issues.
