We can assure 100% that the site will be back up within 24 hours. Due to the large amount of information held on our databases, the re-enabling of the databases is taking longer than expected.
What exactly needs to be done?
Due to the large amount of positions being purchased, and being added to our databases, a few have filled up. We have now fully upgraded our databases, and included a few new ones to spread the information out over them all, evenly. This has already been done, and we are now moving all the information from our previous databases, into our new ones. The amount of information is great and is therefore taking longer than initially expected to get uploaded to the new databases.
Will this delete or remove my positions and investments?
When the site comes back online, it will be exactly the same, and nothing will have changed. The positions purchased will still be where they were before, etc. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
Is my account safe while this is taking place?
Yes! Your account and your information is 100% safe. Your information is safely stored in our databases.
