I called Paypal to make sure if I did some violations on their user agreement in relation to the business we are doing. Then, they confirmed that we did not violate anything and that we are now ready to use Paypal in our site.

I am very thankful that Paypal had informed me as one of their new sellers, that every payment I receive on my account will experience pending transactions for up to 21 days before the amount will be released. They suggested that every time I will be receiving payments, I should mark it 'as processed on the Transaction Details page'.
The payment, will then be released within 7 days after the order was marked 'as processed'.

This might be an inconvenience on our part but rest assured, after 7 days, I could confirm every withdrawal request for those members who passed 7 days after they add funds.

Nothing to worry about . . . It is just 7 days!

I advice you to add-fund now.
Once you finish adding fund it will reflect on your VPT cash balance directly.
